The SISP scheme is designed to help working people on a low income who cannot work from home and will lose earnings when told to self-isolate by the NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service (TTP).
Cardiff Council’s benefit assessment team will be responsible for carrying out the relevant checks and making the fixed £750.00 payment to those eligible and living in Cardiff. This payment will not affect other benefits.

Applications can be submitted via the Council’s website from the 16th November 2020 on www.cardiff.gov.uk/selfisolationpayment
Applicants who cannot access the internet or need extra help can call the Advice Line on 029 2087 1071.
