Do you have an application form for a disability benefit that you need help to complete?
The Money Advice Team will be in various Hubs over the next few months, running sessions dedicated to helping customers to complete disability benefit application forms, including:
- Personal Independence Payments
- Disability Living Allowance
- UC50
- ESA50
- Carers Allowance
- Attendance Allowance
General money advice will also be given. No appointment necessary. Just turn up!
If attending a session, please remember to bring your form, and any relevant documents, to ensure the advisor can help you as best as they can. This might be prescription lists, doctors notes, or formal medical evidence of the applicant’s health condition. Check the application form for accepted documentation.
